Stine, A. Louise 82, of Northern Cambria, died August 3, 2004 at Altoona Hospital. Born January 13, 1922 in Spangler, daughter of Michael and Eugenia (Butler) Kutch. Preceded in death by parents, husband Glenn in 1986, sons William G. and James A., brothers William, Albert and Bernard and sisters Mary Yencho and Marcelline Benosky. Survived by children Elaine and husband Eugene Eckenrode of Chest Springs, Rochelle Shevock of Dilltown, and Edward and wife Cynthia (Walker) of Watkins. Also 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Sister of Clara Jean Link of Cleveland, Ohio. Graduated from Hastings High School in 1939 where she was class Valedictorian. Manager of Flowers by B & J in Barnesboro from 1969 to 1978. Member of Spangler United Methodist Church, where she served as Secretary/Treasurer for 20 years and also served on church Ladies Auxilliary. Member of Women's Democrat Club and M.A.D.D. Louise was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Rev. Peter Foley.
