Alice M. Peddicord

Peddicord, Alice M., 76 of Cherry Tree, died July 5, 2004 at home. Born August 11, 1927, in Red Bank, daughter of Russell and Maude (Heidric) Saye. Preceded in death by parents, husband Joseph Clarence in 1965, infant daughter Barbara Jean, and son-in-law Daniel Farmery. Survived by children, Frances married to Hobert Rummel, West Leechburg; Sally married to Leonard Rogel, Northern Cambria; Grace Farmery, Glen Campbell; Clarence "Junior" Peddicord, York; Vivian married to Randy McCullough, and Vera married to Garry Birchall, both of Cherry Tree; Norma Peddicord, Colver; Cheryl Peddicord, Belsano; and Michael married to former Mary Sacca, Gainesville, VA. Also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Cherry Tree, where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m.Thursday, Rev. Ken Brown. Interment Thompson Cemetery.
