Brad Thomas Dixon

Dixon, Brad Thomas, 37 of Colver, died August 9, 2017 as the result of an automobile accident.  Born July 27, 1980 in Johnstown, son of Carol (Waite) and Harry Dixon.  Preceded in death by maternal grandfather Lawrence Waite, paternal grandparents Samuel and Mary Dixon.  Survived by parents of Colver, son Justin Scott Lydic of Mahaffey, sisters Ann Dixon of Colver, Brandy (Mike) Lute of Northern Cambria, brothers Harry (April) Dixon of Hastings, and William (Jennifer) Dixon of Ohio, also numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  Employed by Specialty Tire of Indiana.   Brad was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved quad riding with nieces and nephews and also running demolition derby with his nephew.  Friends received from noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Long-Contres Funeral Homes, Inc., Northern Cambria.  Lay Minister James Whited officiating.  In lieu of flowers, monetary donations are being accepted by the family.  www.long-contresfuneral homes.com
