Carol E. (Waite) Dixon

               Carol E. Dixon, 65, of Colver passed away early Friday morning September 8, 2023, at home.

               She was born December 5, 1957, in Spangler, a daughter of the late Lawrence Waite. Also preceded in death by a son Brad Dixon.  She married Harry Dixon on December 16, 1976.

               Surviving is her husband, Harry; six children, Harry (April) Dixon of Hastings, Ann Dixon of Nanty Glo, William (Jennifer) Dixon of Ohio and Brandy (Michael) Lute of Northern Cambria; Tina (Terry) Mell of Bakerton; Cindy (Kenny) Mason of Cookport; seventeen grandchildren, Jeremy (Shaylee Yeckley) Dixon, Palina (James Overman) Williams, Hailey Dixon, Michael Lute, Jr. (Stormie), Chelsea Lute, Justin Lydic, Aurorah Crissman, Chase Crissman, Ethan Dixon, Alex Dixon, Ashley Dixon, Kendra Mell, Travis Mell, Terry Mell, Jr., Kara Mell, Lily Mell, and Suzanne Mell; twenty-four great grandchildren, Damian, Carter, Jasper, Lilliana, Phoenix, Jonathan, Zachariah, Wayne, Winter, Sophia, Serenity, Brad, Sapphire, Fiona, Charles, John, Gracelynn, William, Mason, Sunny, Cora, Rylee, TJ, and Kylie.

               Carol enjoyed reading, crocheting, and camping. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and especially watching her grandsons in demo derbies and taking her puppy Captain Jack Sparrow for walks.

               Friends will be received Monday, September 11, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Barrett Funeral Home, 822 Philadelphia Ave., Northern Cambria, where a funeral service will take place at 4:00 p.m. with Fr. Scott Lill, Chaplain officiating.
