Catherine Ann (Pawlikowski) Smith

Smith, Catherine Ann 79 Pittsburgh, formerly of Spangler, died March 27, 2015 at Katera's Kove Assisted Living Facility, Wampum. Born March 22, 1936 in Spangler, daughter of Michael and Eleanor (Twardowska) Pawlikowski. Preceded in death by parent's , husband Van Horn who died in 2010, brother's Francis "Lefty", Michael, John, Edward, and sister's Sister Mary Lucette, Sister Mary Avilla and Marcella Trybus. Survived by children, Mary Eleanor (Michael) Eveges Pittsburgh, Joanne (James) Detchon Wampum and Francis (Patty) Smith Penn Hills. Also  grandchildren, Kimberly and Michael Smith, Emily (Peter) Greb, Kathryn Eveges, Jennifer and Jessica Detchon and  sister, Mary Kudlawiec of Northern Cambria. There will be no viewing or visitation. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.  Tuesday March 31, 2015 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Northern Cambria, Fr. Larry Lacovic. Committal  at St. Joseph Cemetery, Hastings Rd. Memorial donations may be made to Horizons Hospice, 2549 Mosside Blvd, Monroeville, Pa. 15146 or Felician Sisters Retirement Fund, 1500 Woodcrest Ave., Coraopolis, Pa 15108. Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria is assisting the Smith family.
