Charles L. Watkins, Jr., 58, of Northern Cambria, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2026, at home.
Born March 10, 1968, in Lock Haven, a son of the late Charles and Anna (Brungard) Watkins. Also preceded in death by a sister, Esther Hanely.
Surviving are five sisters; June Young, Betty Wetherson, Judy Pace, Linda Showers and Mary Ras.
