Cynthia Mae (Luther) Meray

            Cynthia Mae (Luther) Meray, 65 of Northern Cambria, passed away Tuesday, evening March 1, 2022, at home.

            She was born September 24, 1956, in Spangler the daughter of the late Edwin and Margaret (Swanson) Luther.

            Surviving is her husband of 20 years, Kevin Meray; a son, Joseph Luther; two stepdaughters, Kelley Bachik and Danielle Meray; a grandson, Edwin Luther; three brothers, Edward, David, Frank (Gina) Luther; and her dog Chester.

            She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Ann Lute; and two sisters, Bonnie Wensel and Shirley Burns.

            Cynthia was a nurse aide for 24 years. She enjoyed adult coloring books, canvas yarn art, crossword puzzles, playing cards, and loved flowers.

            Friends will be received Sunday, March 6, 2022, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Barrett Funeral Home, 822 Philadelphia Ave., Northern Cambria, where a funeral service will be held at 7 p.m. with Pastor Greg McDonald officiating.
