Douglas, Delmont David (Bud), 87 of Marstellar, passed away at his son Michael's residence in Pittsburgh on June 26, 2018. Born May 12, 1931 in Susquehanna Twp., son of Grace (Westover) and Ruel Douglas. Preceded in death by parents, son David Delmont Douglas, and sister Gladys Crnarich. Survived by wife former Shirley Hula, children Joseph (Janice Doyle) of Clymer, Scott (Nicole) of Westover, Michael of Pittsburgh, Daniel "George" of Marstellar, and Brian (Katrina) of Lancaster. Also grandchildren Deidre Douglas, David (Kayla) Douglas, Randy (Christina) Eagler, Brittany (Eric) Brownlee, Amber Miller, Sheena "Tina" Miller, Aydin Swanders, Christian Swanders, Casandra (Ashley) Harvey, Derek Douglas and Brayden Douglas, great-grandchildren, Alexis, Alyssa, Madison, Jocelyn, Teagan, Tyler and Chase. Also, sister Alice Zedek of Florida. Veteran of the U.S. Air Force, then the U. S. Army where he served in the Korean Conflict. Retired from Joy Manufacturing. Member of the 1st Baptist Church in Northern Cambria . Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Long-Contres Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria, where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday. Rev. Kevin Douglas officiating. Interment East Ridge Cemetery. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home by local veterans groups.
