Donald Lydic, Sr. “Cowboy”, 75 of Cherry Tree passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at home.
He was born February 27, 1949, in Spangler, a son to the late Lou and Jean (Say) Lydic. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years Josephine (Sinclair) Lydic.
Surviving is five children, Rose Jones, Donald Lydic, Jr., Sarah Lydic, Brenda Lydic, and Daisy Nedrow and her husband Joseph; eleven grandchildren, Tiffany Lydic, Andrew Lydic, Keara Lydic, Wyatt Lydic, Brandon Lydic, Austin Lydic, Justin Lydic, Zachary Wickens, Jonathan Leasure, Kadance Nedrow and Carissa Nedrow; seven great grandchildren, Nevaeh Williams, Aleeah Williams, Cory Wilshire, Logan Wilshire, Hunter, Vincent and Tyson and several siblings.
Donald was a truck driver with 30 years of service. He enjoyed going to tractor pulls at the fair and adored horses. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
At the request of Donald there will be no services.
Arrangements have been entrusted by Barrett Funeral Home.
