Dorothy Solnosky

Solnosky, Dorothy , 77 of Haida Manor, Hastings, formerly of Barnesboro, died August 3, 2003 at Haida Manor. Born August 21, 1925 in Norwood, NY daughter of Frank and Maude (Wilmart) Sawyer. Preceded in death by parents, and husband Frank D. who died in 1990. Survived by daughters Margaret Ann married to Rudy Hoffman, of Jennerstown, PA, and Nancy Marie Sipos, of North Collins, NY. Also survived by grandchildren Julie Bly, Stan Grybosky married to Jennifer (Prime), Robert Hoffman married to Tanya (Stafford), and Patricia married to Michael Moore; and 8 great-grandchildren. Member of former Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church and St. Edwards Catholic Church. Friends received 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, followed by funeral mass at 11:00 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Committal at North Barnesboro Cemetery. A tree will be presented to the family in living memory of Mrs. Solnosky, by the funeral home.
