Geneieve F. (Hudson) Molek

Molek, Genevieve F. (Jan) 99 of Sharon, Pa passed away December 6, 2017 at Nugent Continuing Care Retirement Community, Hermitage. Born June 22, 1918 in Cherry Tree, daughter of Jacob and Marian (Johns) Hudson. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Melvin, Irvan, Ivan and Harold and sisters Lilly Thompson and Mary Kelley. Survived by children Elizabeth (Louis) Szuch of Niles Ohio and Frederick (Barbara Howard) Molek of Bristolville, Ohio. Also survived by grandchildren Kelle Cohol, Jeffrey Szuch, Courtney Molek and great-grandchildren Eric and Dael Szuch and Alexander Mahn. Genevieve was formerly head of the cosmetics department at Kaufmans Department Store, and formerly employed by Paul’s Shoe Store of Barnesboro. A member of Uniontown United Methodist Church. She was the hospitality lady of the Senior Citizens Salvation Army of Sharon. Friends will be received from noon until time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria. Interment Uniontown Cemetery
