Harry P. Riddell

Riddell, Harry P., 83 of Northern Cambria, died February 16, 2003 at Select Care of Conemaugh Hospital, Johnstown. Born March 15, 1919, in Wehkum, son of George and Catherine (Carbaugh) Riddell. Preceded in death by parents, sons Harry Jr. and Wilbur, grandchildren Robert and Renee, brothers, Will Carbaugh, Chet Emphfield and Dee Riddell and sisters, Alice Griffiths, , Tillie "Mary" Perez, and Bessie Riddell. Survived by wife of 58 years, former Blanche Jones, children, Robert of Hastings, and Becky Wylie of Northern Cambria. Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. U.S. Army Veteran of WWII. Retired from Bethlehem Steel, Johnstown. Friends received from 5 - 8 p.m. Tuesday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, where funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. _______________. Interment North Barnesboro Cemetery.
