Harry (Dickie) Richard Blick

Blick, Harry Richard (Dickie), 78 of St. Benedict, died February 26, 2018 at home.  Born July 26, 1939 in St. Benedict, son of Harry B. and Ruth A. (Daisley) Blick.  Preceded in death by parents, brother Timothy and niece Laura Vehovic.  Survived by brother Bine Blick of St. Benedict, and sisters Kathlene Ritzic of Ebensburg, Shirley Valeria of Millsboro DE., Janice Burnell of Woodstock, VA., Marcia Thompson of Ebensburg, Priscilla Cedor of Toms Brook VA., Elizabeth Bearer of Carrolltown, Karen Kirsch of Carrolltown, Janet Vehovic of Clymer, and Margaret Burkhart of Northern Cambria.  Also numerous nieces and nephews.  Dickie loved his family, was an avid bowler, loved to fish and hunt, loved farming in Tionesta, former member of Hastings Moose, and gave many years as a blood donor.  A private visitation for immediate family will be held prior to time of funeral service 11:00 A.M. Wednesday Feb 28th at Long-Contres Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria.  Pastor Marty Cartmell officiating.  Interment Fairview Cemetery, Patton.
