Helen Marie Lecorchick

Lecorchick, Helen Marie, 83 of Northern Cambria, died March 18, 2005 at Miners Medical Center, Hastings. Born September 2, 1921, in Indiana, PA, daughter of Albert and Blanche (Cochren) Pounds. Preceded in death by parents, husband Stephen "Piney" Lecorchick, Sr, in 1968, son Ronald E. Lecorchick, 6 brothers, 4 sisters, step-son Donald Lecorchick, and step-daughter Charlotte Lecorchick Kaminsky. Survived by these children: George Fetterman, Pittsburgh; Robert Pounds, Waterford; Larry Paul Pounds, Steve Lecorchick, Frank Lecorchick, Gloria Crawford, Romona Jones, and Linda Mason, all of Northern Cambria; stepchildren William, Charles, and John "Jack" Lecorchick, Marlene Bender, Alma Titus, Linnea Palenzuela, and Donna McKeon, all of New Jersey; Robert Lecorchick, St. Benedict; and Ronald N. "Butch" Lecorchick, Marion Center. Also survived by well over 100 grand, great, and great-great-grandchildren. Last surviving member of immediate family. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday and from 12:00 until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Monday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, Rev. Raymond Lefebure. Interment Union Cemetery, Hastings.
