Irene P. Vrana

Vrana, Irene P., 80 of Northern Cambria, died April 15, 2003 at Select Specialty Care, Johnstown. Born August 15, 1922, in Hastings, daughter of Charles and Clara (Bubolus) Savage. Preceded in death by parents, son Richard, and brothers Edward and Charles, and sisters Mary Shupenis, Victoria Yonkoske, and Pauline Kraft. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survived by children, Kenneth married to Nancy (Rankin) of LaJose, Ronald married to Linda (Jacobs) of Commodore, and Robert married to Lillian (Stein) of Northern Cambria. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. At Irene's request there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at St. Bernard's Cemetery. Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria in charge of arrangements
