Ivah L. Hallman

Hallman, Ivah L., 78 of Pioneer Lake, Cherry Tree, died April 26 2004 at Select Specialty Care, Johnstown. Born May 16, 1925 in Sanburn, daughter of Fred and Zolna (Albright) Maines. Preceded in death by parents; son Fred I.; grandchild Rory Lee (Hill) Mulraney; step-grandchild Alan Chura; sisters Kathryn Kupetz; Beatrice Kephart, Florence Lepkosky; and Jean Phillips; and brothers Roy, Raymond, James, Kenneth, and Fred Maines. Survived by husband of 56 years, Allan H., and children, Lee A. married to Alvin Chura, Patton; Roy A., Oklahoma, and Mark J., Kansas. Also survived by grandchildren, Charles and wife Debbie (Wheeler) Hill; Chad Hallman; and Noah T. Chura; and step-grandchildren Terry, Connie, Louie, and Michael Chura; Judy Suchara; and Cheryl Hunt; and numerous great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Sister of, Forrest Maines, St. Benedict; Vera Hollen, Northern Cambria; and Vada Kupetz, Westover. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Cherry Tree, where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Rev. William Mullins. Interment East Ridge Cemetery.
