Joseph M. Bougher

Bougher, Joseph Marlin, 76 of Cherry Tree, formerly of LaJose R.D., and Cleveland, OH, died November 12, 2002 at Miners Hospital, Hastings. Born March 17, 1926, in Barnesboro, son of Marlin and Zetta (Rainey) Bougher. Preceded in death by parents, 2nd wife, former Virginia E. Lee, in 2001, and sister Mae Louise Drew. Survived by sons, Marlin T., married to Ruth (Schilling) of Cherry Tree, and Mark D. and wife Joan, of LaPlata, MD. Also survived by grandchildren Aimee Estlow and Joshua Bougher; and Joseph and Duane Bougher; and 5 great-grandchildren. U.S. Army Air Force Veteran of WWII. Retired from Westinghouse Electric, Cleveland, OH. Member of Barnesboro American Legion, and the National Rifle Assn. Joe was an avid hunter and fisherman. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Rev. Marty Cartmell. Military rites will be conducted by local Veterans organizations. Interment North Barnesboro Cemetery.
