Preceded in death by parents. Survived by wife, Joanne (Lowe) Parsons, children, JoAnn Ferrier, Joseph Jr., Jessica Brett, Jonathan and Jennifer Beth Anderson. Joe was a U.S. Navy Veteran and he retired from U.S. Airways as a pilot. Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until time of funeral service at 4 p.m. Wednesday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria.
