Kathleen Stambaugh, 76 of Commodore, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2026, at home.
Born October 9, 1949, in Spangler to the late Homer and June (Ashcraft) Long.
Also preceded in death by her husband George Stambaugh.
Surviving are two children, Joe (Cheryl) Luzier, Jr. of Cherry Tree and Shannon Hill of Cherry Tree; two grandchildren, Marissa and Elizabella Luzier; one great grandchild, Aaron Lyles; four siblings, Jean (Leroy) Moore, Lori (John) Webster, Shari (Dennis) Neff and Tom (Helen) Erwin; and her previous husband Joseph Luzier of Cherry Tree.
She was a member of Pleasant Hill Church of God.
Kathleen dedicated many years of her life to working as a CNA. She had a passion for music and often spent time singing and playing the piano. She was also an enthusiastic cook, enjoying preparing meals for her family and friends. Her love for animals was evident, as she took pleasure in caring for a variety of pets throughout her life.
Friends will be received Monday, March 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Barrett Funeral Home, 822 Philadelphia Ave., Northern Cambria, where a funeral service will take place at noon with Pastor Joe Luzier officiating. Internment at East Ridge Cemetery.
