Kenneth A Kibler

Kibler, Kenneth A. 72 Westover RD., died April 26, 2016 at home. Born August 26, 1943 in Spangler, son of the late Wilfred and Edith (McKee) Kibler. Survived by wife of 46 years, Joann (Walker) Kibler, daughters Catherine (Michael) Finazzo of Laurel, Md. and Nicole Patrick of LaJose, grandchildren Samantha and Michaela Finazzo and Clayton and Kaitlyn Patrick. Brother of Earl, Mechanicsburg, Rita Johnson, Sarasota, Florida and Carol Wombacher, St. Boniface. Ken worked for RNS Services as a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of St. Lazarus, Martha and Mary, Old Roman Catholic Church, St. Lawrence where he was very involved in church activities. Member of  Hastings Hunting Club and a board member of East Ridge Cemetery Council. Ken was an avid  hunter,  fisherman and gardener. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria where rosary will be recited at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at St. Lazarus, Martha and Mary Old Roman Catholic Church. Father Leonard Belko. Committal East Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family for the Palliative Care Unit at UPMC, Altoona.
