Leo Leroy Lamer, Sr., 93 of Northern Cambria passed away Thursday evening April 9, 2020 at home.
He was born March 25, 1927 in Indiana, a son of the late Dalvin and Eva (Keith) Lamer. He married Pearl Semelsberger on October 17, 1959.
Surviving are his wife, Pearl; five children, Sandy Motz, Lois Rietscha, Leo Lamer, Jr, Benjamin Lamer and Carol Schultz; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; a brother, Scott Lamer and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by an infant grandson; four siblings, an infant sister, Lillian, Edna and Byrl.
Leo was a veteran serving in the U.S. Army during WWII. He retired from Van Heusen Shirt Factory after 40 years of service.
Leo enjoyed farming and hunting.
