Louise M (Gromosaik) Harchick

Harchick, Louise M. 93 Hastings passed away March 17, 2017 at Haida Health Care and Rehabilitation Center, Hastings. Born December 24, 1923 in Barnesboro (Allport) daughter of John and Anna (Drotar) Gromosaik. Preceded in death by parents, husband John J. in 2004, sisters, Agnes Gromosaik  and Theresa Kovalcin and brothers John and Victor. Survived by daughter, Audrey Breeding of Spotsylvania, Va, grandchildren Cynthia Shephard of Rhoadsville, Va., James Breeding of Spotsylvania, Va. great-grandchildren, Wayne Jr. and Christopher Minor and a great-great-grandson. Also sisters Mary Ann Wolfe of Nicktown, Delores Nesbit of Northern Cambria and brother Theodore Gromosaik of New Jersey. Louise was formerly employed at Van Heusen  Shirt Factory, Barnesboro. A member of St. John The Baptist Roman Catholic Church, presently Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Northern Cambria, where vigil for the deceased will be held.  Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Rev. Larry Lacovic. Committal East Ridge Cemetery.
