Amendola, Marcella E. "Red" 99 Northern Cambria, died February 20, 2015 at Golden Living Center-Haida, Hastings. Born October 23, 1915 in Bakerton, daughter of Thomas and Mary (Jones) Barnes. Preceded in death by parents; husband Paul in 1988, daughter's; Kathleen Dolansky and Darlene Duca, sisters ; Mary Ann Harris and Thelma Gray, Edith Leslie and Rachel Shilling, brothers; David and Lawrence Barnes and granddaughter, Lisa Parrish. Survived by grandchildren; Paul ( Joan) and Chris (Beth) Dolansky, Paula (John) Trend and Julia (Steve) Fronczek and grand-son- in law Bob Parrish, great grandchildren; Bobby ( Christine) Parrish, Christa (Chad) Shutty, Heather and Ashley King, Alyssa and Emilee Sebestyen, Joshua, Nicholas and Morgan and Gabrielle Dolansky, Drew, Brett and Stephen Fronczek, great-great grandchildren; Ashlee and Logan Parrish, Dawson and Parker Shutty, Joshua, Andrew and Dominic King and Milina Fronczek and her cat Jessie. Last surviving member of her immediate family. She loved her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and she loved to make quilts and crochet and loved to gamble, shop and play cards. A member of St. Johns U.M. Church . Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc. Northern Cambria. Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. at St Johns U.M. Church. Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Rev Darlene Wiewiora officiating.
