Margaret "Peg" E. (Westover) McKee

McKee, Margaret E. "Peg", 88 Westover, died November 4, 2015 at Golden Living Center-Haida, Hastings. Born April 13, 1927 in Westover, daughter of Ernest Russell and Emma Trudell ( Neff) Westover. Preceded in death by parents, husband,  Joseph Arthur "Fats" McKee who died in 1989, brothers, Russell, Arthur and Dennis Westover and sister Betty Fry. Survived by son's, Dennis (Jennifer  ) Snyder of Cherry Tree, Jerry ( Nancy ) Snyder of Marsteller and Donald (Mary Jo ) McKee, of Westover, six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Sister of Laverne Lewis and Linda Fronk both of Westover and  Barbara Pearce and  Donald Westover both of Florida. Peg was a loving mother and grandmother. She volunteered at Westover Fire Hall and Haida Manor Nursing Home. She loved to crochet and make quilts.    Member of East Ridge- Harmony United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Cherry Tree, where funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday,  Rev. Adam Dotts . Interment East Ridge Cemetery. Family requests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions  may be made to East Ridge- Harmony United Methodist Church. P.O. Box 52 Westover, Pa 16692
