LETAVISH - Mary, 81, of Northern Cambria, died June 1, 2004, at Beverly Healthcare, HAIDA, Hastings. Born June 8, 1922, in St. Benedict, daughter of Steve and Mary (Most) Hritz Duchon. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Andrew, John and Joseph; and sister, Ann. Survived by husband of 57 years, John; and children, Mary Frances, married to Ed Gray, of Johnsonburg; Dorothy, married to Joseph Luka, and John Jr., both of Northern Cambria; Susan, married to Eugene Cunningham, of Carrolltown. Also survived by grandchildren, Kathy, Mike, Steve, Tracy, Kyle, Kenny and Kraig; and great-grandchildren, Jonathan, Caleb and Corey. Sister of Helen Veard, Pittsburgh; Ethel White, Ohio; Cathrine Duchon, Dixonville; Irene Zoloscik and Dorothy Orr, both of Home, Pa.; Francis, Creekside; and George, Michigan. Member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Long-Contres Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria, where vigil for the deceased will be held. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Committal at St. John the Baptist R.C. Cemetery.
