Rose Ann Lee

Lee, Rose Ann, 71 of Cherry Tree, died July 24, 2003 at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born September 4, 1931, in Cherry Tree, daughter of Randall and Helen (Wilson) Dunlap. Preceded in death by parents, husband David C. , brother Samuel A. Dunlap, 3 infant brothers, and sister Elizabeth D. Thorpe. Survived by step-children, David C. "Pete" married to Lucy (Radzieta) of Curwensville, Susan E. Rainey and Pamela G. Elling, both of Mahaffey, and Laurie A. married to Richard Burba of Cherry Tree. Also survived by step-grandchildren Bryan Lee; Beth and Evan Rainey; Jeremy Lee; and Cory, Josh and Frank Elling. Sister of, James Dunlap of Yuba City, CA; Josephine married to Henry Albert of Mechanicsburg, and Jean married to John Speer of Spring Church, and numerous nieces and nephews. Former owner of family business Dunlap's General Store in Cherry Tree. Presently employed at Fyes Corner Market. Avid gardener and woodworker. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Long-Contres Funeral Home, Inc., Cherry Tree. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Cherry Tree Presbyterian Church, Rev. Daniel Little. Interment Citizen's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family requests memorial contributions be made to Citizen's Cemetery Association, c/o John Moyer, P.O. Box 86, Cherry Tree, PA 15724. A tree will be presented to the family in living memory of Mrs. Lee by the funeral home.
