Kristina is so sweet loving caring kind person my mom got really sick 2 years ago and a few months ago while she was having a good day we went to barrett's furnal home to make her arrangements Kristina walked us through every my mom passed on 9,8,2023 and I couldn't have asked for a better furnal home director then Kristina she helped with everything she goes above and beyond not that I want to go to any more furnals but if I have to choose it would definitely be barretts

First of all I would like to say that I live in California but my mother who passed Dec 08 2022 lived in Northern Cambria so making arrangements right away I thought would be a bit harder but they were not I called before moms passing and talked to Kristina Barrett Getting quotes on what my mom would want. And Kristina gave me the quotes and answered many questions for me. When my mother passed I informed Hospice of where my mother was to go. Later that Day Kristina called me letting me know my mom was in her care and she asked if I had a little bit of time so she can get some information from me much of which I was able to answer under the circumstances I also informed her I will be flying out to handle moms final wishes Kristina started the paper work needed and sent me copies via e mail for me to look over and digitally sign She gave me time to decide on the urn and allowed me time to think things out before finalizing everything When I got out there I went and met Kristina in person and she was very welcoming and understanding we talked and went over all the paperwork ( which there wasn’t a lot ) She kept me informed of any/ all delays. She was trying to get things done do that by time I was to catch my flight back to Cali I would have my moms remains with power outages and ice storms she managed to make it possible. When I picked up moms remains she wasn’t like here is your mom have a great day I’m sorry for your loss. Instead Kristina greeted my son and I we sat at the table and talked she handed me the paperwork for me to look over yet again to make sure everything is correct We talked a little about my mom and I told her I’m ready now to get my mom. She brought my moms remains to me and handed them to me. She gave me all the time I needed to cry look over the urn etc before I was ready to leave she also made sure I had the information I needed for taking my mom on a plane as well as information if I wanted to bury her remains at a later date Even now 3 weeks plus later if I have a question she is willing to answer my questions and concerns.
